A closing note from Drucker to ponder: A small number of people know very early where they belong. I’ve always wanted to read Drucker, and finally someone on my team directly recommended this. I like how Dalio puts it: Companies today aren’t managing their knowledge workers careers. Seems common sense, but maaging applying this that much.
